Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field with Advanced Degrees preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of proven experience in program management or business analysis, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Understanding of capital markets processes and data (e.g., trade lifecycle, settlements, market data, financial instruments).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in data migration projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity mortgage industry is a plus.
