About The Position
The Program Management Business Analyst within the Investment & Capital Markets Division PMO team plays a crucial role in supporting technology modernization and change initiatives. This position is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to assess requirements, analyze data, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions and project success. The Investment & Capital Markets Division PMO team is pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency within the organization. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field with Advanced Degrees preferred.
- 5-8+ years of proven experience in program management or business analysis, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Understanding of capital markets processes and data (e.g., trade lifecycle, settlements, market data, financial instruments).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in data migration projects is a plus.
- Familiarity mortgage industry is a plus.
