About The Position

The Program Management Associate operates at the intersection of win-loss research, B2B technology programs, and qualitative research recruitment operations. This role leverages tools like HubSpot, Nooks, LinkedIn, and AI-assisted workflows to build outreach campaigns and recruitment processes that transform contact data and stale CRM data into completed, high-quality research interviews. The mission is to recruit qualified participants for win-loss research programs that B2B technology companies rely on to make more informed, impactful business decisions. The associate will champion outreach quality, partner closely with CSMs and Researchers, and influence how programs run, helping shape how Klue delivers win-loss research at scale. Success in this role directly impacts interview utilization and client retention, strengthens the ability to run complex, high-volume research programs with precision, and plays a meaningful role in shaping how Klue's Win-Loss team delivers research programs at scale. Opportunities for expanded ownership and growth are available, either by deepening expertise within the PMA function or moving into qualitative research, customer success, or outbound sales.

  • Curious and discovery-minded. Digs into root causes and doesn't accept surface-level answers when something isn't working.
  • Willing to use LinkedIn as a core outreach tool (non-negotiable).

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity, as processes evolve quickly.
  • Background in psychology, anthropology, market research, business analytics, or any field that builds genuine curiosity about why people make decisions.
  • Familiarity with outreach sequencing tools, HubSpot, or CRM platforms.
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, win-loss research, or qualitative research programs.
  • Comfort with AI tools and an automation-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach via email, phone (parallel dialing via Nooks), and LinkedIn to recruit qualified participants for win-loss research interviews.
  • Manage outreach across approximately 30 active customer programs simultaneously.
  • Track and update recruitment statuses in HubSpot accurately and on time.
  • Identify when programs are stalling, investigate root causes, and proactively propose solutions.
  • Test new outreach tactics and contribute ideas to improve interview conversion rates across the team.
  • Ensure interview opportunity data is clean, structured, and qualified before research calls.
  • Proactively fill in missing details on HubSpot interview cards.
  • Communicate with researchers about anything that could affect interview quality or research scope alignment.
  • Serve as a connected, communicative member of each program's account team alongside the CSM and Researcher.
  • Regularly share recruitment status, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  • Contribute to account health discussions, flag risks to program momentum or renewal.
  • Join customer calls when needed.
  • Build fluency in Klue's outreach approaches (Sales First, Leadership First, Klue Direct) and when each works best.
  • Informally advise AEs, CSMs, and Researchers on recruitment strategy.
  • Lean into AI tools and automations to work faster and smarter.
  • Propose improvements to team processes and outreach workflows.
