The associate will champion outreach quality, partner closely with CSMs and Researchers, and influence how programs run, helping shape how Klue delivers win-loss research at scale. Success in this role directly impacts interview utilization and client retention, strengthens the ability to run complex, high-volume research programs with precision, and plays a meaningful role in shaping how Klue's Win-Loss team delivers research programs at scale. Opportunities for expanded ownership and growth are available, either by deepening expertise within the PMA function or moving into qualitative research, customer success, or outbound sales.
