About The Position

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll providing training, workforce development, and HR program support services. Support includes day-to-day coordination, communication, reporting, stakeholder engagement, event support, briefing development and execution of training and HR programs as directed by Government civilians. In this role you will support coordination and execution of leadership development programs, mandatory training, general workforce training and other workforce development initiatives. This role will also support, coordinate and facilitate stakeholder communication forums under the direction of Government civilians. The real impact of program management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. In this role you will also support the development of communication products, briefing materials for training and workforce development programs. Requirements

  • Experience in executing multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time
  • Experience in developing polished PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials
  • Ability to communicate employees, supervisors, stakeholders, senior leaders, and Government civilians
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, working groups, communities of practice, and recurring forums under the direction of the Government civilians
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with leadership development support.
  • Experience with learning management systems or training tracking systems
  • Experience with learning development tools such as Articulate Rise or similar curriculum tools
  • Experience with event Planning or workshop coordination
  • Experience with HR, workforce development, organizational development, or employee development programs
  • Knowledge of training and development program support
