About The Position

Mayvin is seeking Program Management Analyst Jr/Mid/Sr personnel to provide daily programmatic, analytical, and administrative support to Government program managers and technical staff. Responsibilities increase from foundational (Jr) to independent (Mid) to advanced/senior (Sr) levels. These roles help maintain schedules, support program documentation, analyze program data, coordinate across stakeholder groups, and ensure the timely delivery of required program artifacts in support of Navy Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) initiatives. This position is contingent upon award. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) or Secret clearance based on specific billet requirements.

Requirements

  • Senior – 10+ years; Mid – 7 years; Junior – 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
  • Ability to independently manage assigned tasks and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) or Secret clearance based on specific billet requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting U.S. Navy or DoD program offices.
  • Knowledge of C4I systems, Navy operational environments, or systems engineering processes
  • Experience preparing management artifacts such as program schedules, risk products, or metrics reports.
  • Mid and Senior level experience supporting program reviews or coordinating cross-functional program teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily program management and analytical support to Government leads.
  • Coordinate program activities with Government and industry partners.
  • Maintain schedules, trackers, and program management artifacts.
  • Assist in preparing briefings, reports, and documentation packages.
  • Collect and analyze program data, including cost, schedule, and performance indicators.
  • Support meeting preparation, coordination, and minutes.
  • Conduct records management and maintain organized program documentation.
  • Senior personnel may lead small teams, support senior leadership, and develop higher-level program products.
  • Mid-level personnel may manage recurring artifacts, support IPTs, and perform mid-level analysis.
  • Junior personnel may focus on collecting data, maintaining trackers, and supporting routine program tasks.
