About The Position

Intrinsic First is seeking a Junior Program Management Analyst to provide programmatic and administrative support to a Department of Defense (DoD) client within Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR). The successful candidate will support government program management personnel in the planning, coordination, tracking, and execution of program activities. This is an entry-level position well suited for an individual who is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a professional team environment, and interested in developing experience supporting DoD acquisition and program management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, communications, engineering, social sciences, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 0–3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an integrated government/contractor team.
  • Ability to learn new processes, systems, and DoD terminology.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for the position.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience supporting the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, or another federal government organization.
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition, program management, or government contracting environments.
  • Experience preparing briefings, tracking action items, maintaining schedules, or supporting project teams.
  • Experience with NAVWAR or Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day program management and administrative support to government and contractor team members.
  • Assist with tracking program actions, tasks, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, briefings, spreadsheets, trackers, meeting materials, and other program documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, capture meeting minutes and action items, and assist with follow-up activities.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze program information to support status reporting and management decisions.
  • Assist with maintaining project schedules, documentation repositories, and program records.
  • Support the preparation and review of presentations, correspondence, reports, and other technical or programmatic documents.
  • Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders to obtain information and resolve routine program actions.
  • Assist with monitoring deliverables, deadlines, and contractual or program requirements.
  • Perform basic research and analysis in support of program initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement of program processes, documentation, and internal coordination.
  • Perform other program management and administrative duties as required.
