The Master of Earth and Energy Resources Leadership (MEERL) program is a professional graduate program within the Department of Geological Sciences and Geological Engineering at Queen’s University. Designed for working professionals in the natural resource sector, the program combines online learning with in-person sessions and brings together students, faculty, alumni and industry partners from diverse backgrounds. Reporting to the MEERL Director, the Program Coordinator plays a key role in the delivery of the program and the overall student experience. The position combines program operations, student support, and learning and course management, working closely with faculty, students and other partners to support high-quality program delivery and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and dynamic team and will have significant opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the MEERL program.
