BC Assessment is seeking a permanent Program Lead – Learning Centre for their People division in Victoria. This role is responsible for leading the organization's employee learning and capability development practice, including the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of corporate learning programs. The goal is to build talent for critical roles, strengthen workplace culture, and increase employee engagement in alignment with BC Assessment’s strategic and corporate business plan. The position reports to the Director, Strategic People Programs and provides leadership, expertise, and innovation to advance corporate learning priorities. The role involves working closely with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams to manage the Corporate Learning Strategy from design to implementation, communication, and measurement, while overseeing a complex, multi-stream Learning Centre and fostering strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
