About The Position

The Global Patriot 24/7 Operations team is seeking a Program Integrator to help drive key execution activities across the Patriot Product Line within the Program Management Office (PMO). This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure consistent program management practices, support planning and performance tracking, and help drive successful execution across both Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts. You will collaborate closely with program leadership, functional partners, and customers, contributing to multiple phases of program activity including proposals, startups, execution, and closure.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience in program or project management or program integration
  • Experience with cost proposals, gate packages, or other program planning documents
  • Experience with program management tools
  • EVMS, risk management, IMP/IMS, or similar program management disciplines experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Program Management certification, or equivalent
  • Experience supporting or coordinating IPTs or cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs
  • Experience with proposals, negotiations, or definitization processes
  • Prior exposure to Patriot programs or U.S. Government customer interactions

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage end-to-end proposal workflows across multiple contributors, maintaining clear communication, deadlines, and integration of all team inputs
  • Support development, implementation, and maintenance of program management plans aligned with program requirements and company processes
  • Assist with identifying program metrics and maintaining situational awareness dashboards for leadership
  • Support performance tracking including data collection, analysis, and coordination of corrective actions
  • Maintain effective action item tracking to ensure timely closure
  • Coordinate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and cross-functional program teams
  • Ensure timely compliance with IPDS processes and program gate requirements
  • Contribute to risk and opportunity management activities
  • Engage with customers during technical meetings, contract discussions, and program reviews as required
  • Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
