About The Position

This position is being posted in anticipation of a potential upcoming contract award. The position is not immediately available. Osi Vision anticipates that hiring for this role may begin approximately 30–90 days from the date of posting, subject to contract award, Government direction, funding, and program start requirements. The Program Integrator will support the planning, coordination, execution, and integration of projects and functional areas for a Federal Government defense program. Working with Government program leadership, contractor management, technical teams, and other stakeholders, the position will help align assigned work with Government priorities, schedules, and program objectives. The Program Integrator will develop implementation plans, maintain project management artifacts, monitor performance, identify risks and process improvements, and prepare documentation that supports informed decision-making and successful program execution. This position requires a highly organized project management professional capable of coordinating complex activities across multiple functional areas and stakeholder groups.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible project management, program integration, program coordination, or related professional experience.
Demonstrated experience tracking schedule, quality, risk, and performance requirements within Department of Defense, Federal Government, or similarly complex programs.
Active Secret security clearance.
Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional or multi-stakeholder environments involving Government, contractor, technical, and operational personnel.
Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, milestone trackers, risk registers, action-item trackers, dependency logs, and other project management tools.
Experience preparing rigorous programmatic deliverables such as Monthly Status Reports, risk matrices, Quality Management Plans, project plans, and executive-level briefings.
Demonstrated ability to identify project risks, schedule impacts, resource constraints, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities.
Strong experience supporting senior-level meetings, documenting decisions and actions, and tracking follow-up activities through completion.
Exceptional interpersonal, written communication, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, stakeholders, and deadlines within a fast-paced Federal contracting environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and interact professionally with senior military, civilian, Government, and contractor leadership.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Systems Engineering, or a related business or technical field.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Previous experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government program offices.
Experience supporting large or complex programs involving multiple functional areas, vendors, contractors, or geographically dispersed stakeholders.
Experience developing or maintaining Quality Management Plans, integrated schedules, risk-management frameworks, or formal program reporting processes.
Familiarity with Federal Government program management, acquisition, contract performance, and reporting environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Government program leadership, contractor management, technical teams, functional leads, and other stakeholders to support assigned projects and workstreams.
Develop implementation plans, operational procedures, project strategies, execution approaches, and recommendations supporting program objectives and continuous improvement.
Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on assigned projects and functional areas to maintain alignment with Government priorities, schedules, performance requirements, and program objectives.
Facilitate collaboration and information sharing among Government stakeholders, contractor personnel, technical teams, and external partners.
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action-item trackers, dependency logs, decision logs, risk registers, and other program management artifacts.
Monitor project execution, schedule performance, quality indicators, dependencies, resource requirements, and outstanding actions.
Identify project risks, issues, schedule impacts, resource constraints, and process improvement opportunities and develop recommended mitigation or corrective actions.
Support the preparation and maintenance of risk matrices, quality management documentation, project plans, and other recurring programmatic deliverables.
Prepare recurring program and project status reports, including Monthly Status Reports, leadership briefings, meeting materials, and other management documentation.
Develop professional briefing materials, presentations, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, decision summaries, and action-item records.
Support Government-led and contractor-led meetings by coordinating logistics, documenting decisions and action items, tracking follow-up activities, and communicating project status.
Track project commitments, deliverables, milestones, suspense dates, and responsible parties to support timely completion of program requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and help resolve issues affecting multiple teams, functional areas, or stakeholders.
Provide accurate and timely project information to program leadership to support decision-making, planning, and resource prioritization.
Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, communication workflows, documentation practices, and overall program execution.
Handle sensitive program information with appropriate discretion and in accordance with applicable security requirements.
