About The Position

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Program Integrator to join their team. This role involves performing a variety of acquisition and management support functions for an Army acquisition product office within the Capability Program Executive for Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW). The Program Integrator will be crucial in coordinating efforts across engineering, logistics, business, test, cyber, and contracts to ensure effective program management and successful delivery of weapon system capabilities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership, management, organizational, and critical analysis skills, and a proven history of credibility and support.

Requirements

  • Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years’ experience or a master’s degree with over 7 years’ experience. A total of 20 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
  • Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry.
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • DoD Acquisition Workforce Certification Level III in Program Management.
  • Previous experience with Other Transactional Authority (OTA) Contracts.
  • Previous experience supporting Army ACAT programs (MCA and MTA preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate program activities, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and goals.
  • Provide comprehensive program coordination supporting program priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, business, test, and operations, to integrate system components seamlessly.
  • Assist in navigating acquisition regulations and statutes to deliver weapon system capabilities.
  • Support the PM in understanding, tailoring, and meeting the intent of innovative DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
