About The Position

Bowhead seeks a Program Integration Analyst with strong analytical skills, emerging AI proficiency, and a demonstrated initiative in developing programmatic products with minimal direction. This role supports the ICO and requires familiarity with Acquisition or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes. The ideal candidate is inquisitive, proactive, and capable of leveraging AI, Excel, and PowerPoint to consolidate, extrapolate, and present data that enhances directorate‑level decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Three (3+) years of relevant experience
  • Excel Proficiency — Ability to build trackers, analyze datasets, and present findings.
  • AI Tools Experience — Demonstrated use of AI for data consolidation, summarization, or analytical support (personal or enterprise).
  • PowerPoint Expertise — Skilled in developing executive‑ready briefings and visual products.
  • Initiative & Creativity — Proven ability to develop solutions independently and propose well‑reasoned approaches before receiving detailed guidance.
  • Analytical Mindset — Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate impacts.
  • Communication Skills — Ability to brief leadership and translate complex information into actionable insights.
  • Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting SAMD, ICO, PEO/ PMs, or USASAC.
  • Acquisition Knowledge, FMS Familiarity, or a contracting background.
  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted analytics, automation tools, or data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Provide program integration awareness across ICO activities, ensuring alignment with acquisition and FMS requirements.
  • Use AI tools (leveraging enterprise or personal experience) to synthesize, refine, and interpret data to support leadership priorities and modernization efforts.
  • Independently develop initial drafts of programmatic products, briefings, trackers, and analytical deliverables without requiring detailed templates or step‑by‑step direction.
  • Incorporate leadership feedback to refine products, improve clarity, and ensure alignment with mission objectives.
  • Build and maintain Excel‑based and PowerPoint‑based tools to track performance, identify trends, and communicate mission impacts.
  • Apply working knowledge of acquisition processes and FMS programmatic components to support ICO coordination with PEOs and USASAC.
  • Develop clear, compelling visualizations and dashboards to support leadership decision‑making.
  • Thoughtfully action taskers, maintain awareness of deadlines, and ensure timely, accurate responses.
  • Understand directorate‑wide priorities while also supporting branch‑level requirements and cross‑organizational coordination.
