The Program Financial Sr. Analyst has overall responsibility for: Financial point of contact for the customer and program leadership team, with overall accountability for all chargeback, invoicing, billing disputes, pricing, and financial reporting. Financial analysis and reporting in order to monitor finances associated with business operations. Specialized financial, accounting or planning activities following general project or departmental guidelines. Conducting and executes procedures in support of various functions such as budgeting, auditing and financial planning. Financial assessments of the financial health of the contract. Examining contractual data to assist leadership in making decisions regarding budgeting, and long-term financial planning.

Requirements

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience
Knowledge of conducting assessments for the financial health of contractual data.
Familiarity with review of financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators.
Prior work conducting audits for contract financial management and supporting government contracts as a financial analyst or program analyst.
Knowledge of financial operations.
Familiarity with government financial reporting requirements.
Knowledge of cost management and accounting for the contract.
Knowledge of auditing and operations.
Knowledge of developing, documenting and implementation of financial process and/or procedures
Requires highly effective communication and interpersonal communication skills.
Requires strong analytic and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities
