About The Position

Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Financial Analyst . Here, you’ll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT. Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Monitor program financial performance, including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and variance analysis. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to program performance. Ensure financial compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements. Support program reviews, audits, and financial documentation requests. Identify process improvements and implement best practices for financial management. Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program Participate in establishing and defining program requirements Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
  • Experience: 2+ years in financial analysis, program finance, project finance, or related roles.
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite (EXCEL), strong analytical and problem solving skills. Time Management and task prioritization.
  • US citizenship required
  • Role requirements: Weekly deliverables, Strong financial modeling and analytical skills., Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
