About The Position

Join CACI as a Program Financial Analyst and work in a high-speed resource management position designed to collaborate, coordinate and optimize resource capabilities across multiple missions. This position requires a TS/SCI POLY Clearance and will be working a hybrid schedule from Aurora, Colorado.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Strong communication skills, comfort working across functions, and ability to manage recurring deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Experience preparing or supporting Government-facing financial reporting and/or CDRL deliverables in a program environment
  • Intermediate EVM knowledge (e.g., understanding of cost/schedule performance concepts, baseline vs. actual analysis, and variance drivers)
  • Demonstrated understanding of CPAF LOE execution, including labor planning, utilization tracking, and performance measurement in an LOE contract
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation, structured analysis) and high attention to detail in time-sensitive reporting
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear financial narratives for leadership reviews

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with CFSR, FMR, PMR/BMR financial reporting, funding/burn analysis, and/or Funds Run-Out tracking.
  • Familiarity with cost forecasting and EAC inputs in a services/LOE-heavy contract environment.
  • Experience tracking subcontractor labor/hours and reconciling vendor inputs to internal program reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, validate, and deliver program financial CDRLs, including monthly CFSR and FMR, and other contract-required reports, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, Government formats, and internal review standards.
  • Perform weekly Funds Run-Out Date tracking and reporting, including funding status, burn rate analysis, and identification of emerging funding risk; coordinate with stakeholders to support timely mitigation actions.
  • Support program's financial content, including narrative inputs, key metrics, trend drivers, and variance explanations aligned to program performance.
  • Conduct biweekly labor utilization analysis (planned vs. actual), identify utilization anomalies, and support corrective action recommendations with program leadership.
  • Track subcontractor hours weekly, reconcile subcontractor reporting to internal systems, and flag variances or missing inputs that may impact forecasts and deliverables.
  • Support LOE forecasting and performance assessment: analyze staffing plans, verify charging alignment, monitor execution against baseline, and contribute to monthly EAC/forecast updates (as applicable).
  • Build and maintain repeatable reporting tools (Excel-based trackers, templates, dashboards), improving accuracy, cycle time, and auditability of financial deliverables.
  • Coordinate across Program Management, Contracts, Subcontracts, and Staffing to collect inputs, resolve data gaps, and maintain reporting cadence. Program directed ad-hoc analysis.
