About The Position

The Program Finance Analyst will provide expertise in project planning and control, budgeting, EAC/ETC development, and financial reporting across various contract types (Cost Plus, T&M, FFP). This role ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, and internal policies. The analyst will also set up procurement requests, prepare financial briefings, and collaborate with program management for accurate cost control and funding alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, masters preferred, and ten (10) years of directly related experience working in a government contractor setting
• Proficient knowledge of Cost Plus, FFP, T&M contracts
• The ability to manage a portfolio of programs
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and applications such as: CostPoint, UNANET, COGNOS
• An active Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in project planning and control, budgeting, EAC/ETC development, financial reporting across Cost Plus, T&M, FFP contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS and internal policies
• Set up procurement requests (PRs) in collaboration with the program and supply chain teams
• Prepare and deliver executive level financial briefings and management reports as required
• Work closely with program management staff to ensure accurate cost control, funding alignment, open commits, material tracking, and schedule adherence
• Review invoices/bills to ensure accuracy and adequate funding
