About The Position

Willing Hearts, Helpful Hands is an innovative community program serving family caregivers in Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk Counties by connecting them with a circle of help that includes trained volunteers who provide an array of respite services. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for family caregivers of older adult loved ones by engaging the broader community to provide assistance and respite services. Our program is growing, and we are seeking a Program Evaluator to play a key role as our program expands. The Program Evaluator is responsible for ensuring all data collected is complete, accurate and reportable. The Program Evaluator will also be responsible for running reports from Survey Monkey and Sumac database for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project Manager
Pleasant and effective communication skills

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working in a data coordinator or similar role
Prior experience with the geriatric population
Prior experience working in a healthcare or social services setting

Responsibilities

Ensuring all data collected is complete, accurate and reportable.
Running reports from Survey Monkey and Sumac database for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
