About The Position
BAE Systems has a program to provide a wide range of support services on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. The Program Manager serves as BAE Systems’ primary point of contact for the Government (KO/COR). Provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and accountability for all program management, financial, information management, and administrative support services. Responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of 15+ employees, managing risk, and ensuring all contractual deliverables (CDRLs) are met. Leads the reprioritization of work efforts to align with changing PMRF requirements. Be involved in all aspects of the program and team members’ work and provide ongoing quality assurance. Maintain records of activities and work performed, and report them to the government in a Monthly Status Report. “Opportunity is contingent upon contact award.”
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a DoD leadership role (military, civilian, or contractor).
- Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic/unpredictable environments and effectively problem-solve.
Nice To Haves
- Leadership experience specifically at a DoD Range or Major Range and Test Facility (MRTFB).
- Advanced degree in Management or Business Administration.
