About The Position

The Program Document Analyst will establish, standardize, and maintain critical program documentation across engineering, operations, security, and administrative domains; for outgoing and incoming documentation (for decisional meetings, updates, major and minor briefings, etc.). This role requires high organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly secure environment across multiple teams. This candidate will also provide standardization across teams, to include tracking and integrating communication and data, to provide an ‘information nexus’ for the office (i.e. to prevent siloed work-flows across the various teams on the contract).

Responsibilities

  • Configuration Management of critical program documentation: Across various teams, candidate will maintain strict version control and baseline records for all technical and non-technical documents.
  • External engagement approvals, decisions, and meetings: Candidate will track external approvals across various teams, to include program document updates, CONOP draft reviews and approvals, schedule updates, contract actions (and direction), policy updates/approvals, budget reviews/approvals, requirements reviews/updates, etc.
  • Administration & Repository Management: Organize, review, and optimize internal document sharing platforms; as well as manage process. Recommend, test and implement process optimization (i.e. Microsoft office tools to SharePoint and/or confluence, etc.).
  • Cross-Domain Standardization: Author, edit, enforce, and assist with consistent template management and usage across engineering specifications, security plans, user manuals, tracking tools, etc.
  • Review Coordination: Facilitate technical rewrite sessions, consolidate stakeholder feedback, track leadership approval workflows, and track actions.
  • Lifecycle Management: Track the creation, review, tracking, distribution, and archiving of all program artifacts.
