CAMBA is a community of staff, volunteers, clients, neighbors, and partners working together to build an inclusive New York City where all children and adults have access to the resources and supports they need to thrive. CAMBA offers over 180 integrated programs in Education & Youth Development, Family Support, Job Training & Employment Support Services, Health, Housing, and Legal Services. CAMBA serves over 72,000 individuals and families annually at 100 locations, including 10,000 youth. More than half of CAMBA's clients are immigrants and refugees, and over 85% of families live in poverty. CAMBA operates afterschool programs across Brooklyn, including COMPASS, SONYC, Beacons, and Cornerstones. These programs are run in partnership with other community organizations to provide education, recreation, cultural activities, youth leadership, and social services to neighborhood students and their families.
