About The Position
This role involves assisting with the day-to-day operations of programs, supervising employees, preparing reports, and coordinating documentation processes. The Program Director will also be responsible for writing Person-Centered Plans and Quarterlies, completing specific system entries, marketing for new individuals, and communicating regularly with the community and facility directors. This position requires evaluating individuals referred and receiving services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years experience in Human Services
- Must serve as QMRP
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be Fully Vaccinated and Boosted
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the day to day operation of the programs.
- Supervise Day Support and Community Engagement Employees.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Coordinate and monitor the documentation process
- Write Person Centered Plans and Quarterlies.
- Complete Part V's in WAMS System.
- Market for New Individuals.
- Communicate regularly with the community and make presentations at the CSBs and various facilities.
- Meet regularly with facility directors and staff.
- Evaluate individuals referred and receiving services.
Benefits
- Sign on Bonus: $250 after 90 days
- Additional $250 after 6 months
