Program Director provides strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management for all clinical services within the Colorado programs. This role ensures high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care for participants while maintaining compliance and regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and best practices. Program Director supervises clinical staff, direct service professionals, guides program development, and collaborates with internal and external partners to advance the organization’s mission. In addition to the summary above position may include Program Director (Statewide) duties that includes being responsible for the overall administration and oversight of all assigned program(s) within Colorado including supervision and guidance to clinical and program staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the provision of participant services, personnel management, and budget management. Ensuring staff adhere to current job descriptions and professional standards, providing direct supervision to staff, and ensuring overall budget is met, documentation follows regulations, and all billing and collections are managed effectively and efficiently. In addition to clinical oversight, the Director manages program budgets, monitors billing and collections, and ensures responsible fiscal performance to support sustainable service delivery. This role offers licensed clinicians the opportunity to directly shape program operations and clinical practice in Denver and El Paso while influencing statewide service direction and growth.
