About The Position

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) is seeking a Program Director to support our team. This is a full-time remote position with periodic on-site travel to Washington, D.C. This position is contingent based upon contract award.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship.
Demonstrated experience and qualifications relevant to executive leadership, Federal programs, executive coaching programs, or comparable program oversight.
Ability to lead a scalable program supporting multiple organizations and concurrent requirements.
Ability to oversee Key Personnel and a distributed coaching workforce.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and program oversight capabilities.
Ability to support the confidentiality and ethical requirements associated with executive coaching services.
Ability to be identified by name as Key Personnel in the proposal.
Ability to provide a current one-page resume documenting relevant qualifications and experience.
MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

Provide overall program leadership and oversight for the DOT Executive Coaching Program.
Support successful execution of program requirements across DOT's 11 Operating Administrations.
Oversee program performance, staffing, scalability, service quality, and coordination.
Support implementation of the executive and team coaching program.
Ensure program activities align with DOT objectives, requirements, milestones, deliverables, and performance expectations.
Support confidentiality, data protection, quality assurance, and ethical standards associated with executive coaching services.
Coordinate with the Program Manager, coaching personnel, and other program stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement and sustained program performance.
