About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Program Director to oversee daily program operations and ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with internal and external agencies, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to evidence-based treatment for opioid use disorder, and experience in a supervisory capacity. Requirements

  • Four-year degree in counseling or related field, or experience in another field of similar experience.
  • A minimum of three years supervisory experience is required.
  • Experience with Large Team a must.
  • MAT experience is required.
  • Proven track record.
  • Position requires constant mental alertness, attention to detail, and high degree of accuracy required in completing all assignments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Smart, driven, exceptional work ethic.
  • Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and follow –through on all assignments.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Highly detailed-oriented.
  • Ability to work well in a group setting and independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in the human services field preferred.
  • Licensed Counselor in South Carolina is preferred.
  • If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily program operations and offer assistance where needed, dependent on certification, licensure, and ability.
  • Oversee the appropriate application and adherence to Organizational and Program Standards, outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manuals, as well as regulatory procedures issues by applicable regulatory authorities.
  • Perform all necessary responsibilities as directed by immediate supervisor and/or the governance authority.
  • Screen and interview new associates for hire as needed and submit requests for approval, as necessary.
  • Orient all new associates to the program or designate appropriate supervisor to provide orientation - this includes completion of new hires policies, review of associate handbook, and orientation to responsibilities, at minimum.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews, monitor personnel time, and respond to requests for PTO.
  • Provide for, arrange, and ensure adequate staff training events and development opportunities.
  • Meet with program leadership to develop Quality/Performance Improvement plans specific to the program.
  • Coordinate with internal and external persons and agencies to inform, improve, or supplement service provision.
