About The Position

The pay for this position starts at $54,000 annually, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $61,560. This position is located in Rutland, MA. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's Trafford House program serves females 12 to 21 with .With v arious psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders (EBD) and/or trauma. Uses DBT model. 1 staff to 3 students ratio, this program offers Increased independence and prepare for moving on. The Program Director oversees the day-to-day operations of a group home, including program planning, supervision of residential staff, budget management, integration of community-based experiences for youth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
valid drivers license required
High School Diploma with five years of congregate care experience or Bachelor’s degree with three years of congregate care experience required.
Two years of previous supervisory experience required.
Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, in Rutland.
