About The Position

Program Director – Joyful Living Adult Day Center at Sterling Lofts Spanish-English bilingual candidates are required for this role. Join our Adult Day Health team in Attleboro and lead a dedicated group of professionals committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care for adults and older adults. As the Operational Program Director, you'll oversee the daily operations of the center while ensuring exceptional medical, social, nutritional, and recreational services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Healthcare, Social Work, or a related field required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with adults with disabilities or older adults
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current vehicle registration, and auto insurance required
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality, person-centered care

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services (preferred not required)
  • Three (3) years of leadership or management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards for Adult Day Health programs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Adult Day Health program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services
  • Lead, coach, and support program staff through hiring, training, performance management, and professional development
  • Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with participants, families, healthcare providers, and community partners to support coordinated care and positive outcomes
  • Build community relationships and outreach initiatives to increase program awareness, strengthen partnerships, and support program growth
  • Manage program operations, including admissions, transportation coordination, quality improvement efforts, and overall participant experience
