About The Position

The Senior Program Administrator of the Tulane Energy Institute (TEI) serves as a strategic thought partner to the Executive Director and a primary operational leader dedicated to elevating energy-related initiatives at the A.B. Freeman School of Business. This individual bridges the gap between high-level vision and actionable execution, overseeing the institute's daily operations while driving the expansion of undergraduate and graduate energy programs. The Senior Program Administrator plays a pivotal role in external relations, acting as a liaison to the Office of Advancement and the TEI Advisory Council to foster deep connections with alumni, corporate partners, and industry leaders. By coordinating academic offerings and managing the "speaker-to-classroom" pipeline, the Senior Program Administrator ensures that TEI provides a premier, industry-integrated experience for students and stakeholders.
