Program Director - Fentress House
About The Position
The Program Director oversees the day-to-day operations of a group home, including program planning, supervision of staff, budget management, integration of community-based experiences for youth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services. This position is located in Rutland, MA. Devereux Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's Fentress program serves males 12-21 with various psychological and behavioral disorders. With 1 staff to 4 students ratio, this program is focused on increasing independence and preparing individuals to move on from Devereux.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license required.
- High School Diploma with five years of congregate care experience or Bachelor’s degree with three years of congregate care experience required.
- Two years of previous supervisory experience required.
- Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
- Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
