Program Director - Hillside
About The Position
Devereux Massachusetts and Rhode Island is seeking a Program Director for its Hillside Group Home in Rutland, MA. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a group home serving females aged 12-21 with various psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders. The program utilizes a DBT clinical model, focusing on interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness. The Program Director will manage program planning, supervise residential staff, handle budget management, integrate community-based experiences, and ensure high-quality therapeutic services. This position offers opportunities for professional development, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and the chance to directly impact youth treatment plans and teach essential life skills.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license required
- High School Diploma with five years of congregate care experience OR Bachelor’s degree with three years of congregate care experience
- Two years of previous supervisory experience required
- Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:00
