About The Position
Thrive Behavioral Network is seeking an AMAZING Behavioral Healthcare Team member to join us as a Program Director for our Home Services program at Hillside & Nicollet Place. This role involves programmatic and administrative work as the manager of a Home and Community Based Services (Adult Foster Care Home) program for a DHS licensed mental health provider. Requirements
- Mental Health Practitioners must meet the qualifications in 245I.04 Subdv. 4 (a-d).
- Must have 2+ years of experience delivering services in a residential behavioral health setting.
- Must qualify as a Mental Health Practitioner per 245I.04 Subdv. 4 (a-d).
- Supervisory experience with people and teams
- Exceptional Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Programmatic and administrative work as the manager of a Home and Community Based Services (Adult Foster Care Home) program for a DHS licensed mental health provider.
- Directly Supervises all unlicensed personnel and nursing staff.
- Responsible for all aspects of the operation of the program and the program's compliance with all applicable requirements.
- Know and Understand the Implications of MN Statute 245D - Home and Community Based Services.
- Responsible for the hiring, evaluation and management of all program personnel.
- Responsible for bed census and flow of admission and discharges.
- Responsible for the overall orientations, in-service training for all program staff.
- Responsible for the household functioning in accordance with this organization’s philosophy.
- Responsible for the assessment of appropriateness for placement concerning applicants for admission.
- Ultimately responsible for each client’s individual program plan.
- Responsible for all household budgets.
- Responsible for all appropriate documentation necessary to meet licensing and this organization’s quality standards.
- Responsible for open and honest communication with the Program Administrator and Director of Program Management, county agencies and community support agencies in a professional manner.
- Responsible for the development of a supportive team concept within the program.
