About The Position
The Little Gym is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Program Director to lead amazing classes based on their proven curriculum and teaching method. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, ensuring high program standards, and overseeing the training and evaluation of team members. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a background in child development or related fields, and a positive, fun-loving attitude while maintaining professionalism.
Requirements
- Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful
- Ability to be a goofball and give high 5's
- Enjoy helping others be their best
- Ability to connect well with children and their parents
- Ability to maintain a good mood and know when to buckle down and do work
Responsibilities
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
- Oversee the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
- Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members
