As a Program Director at Horizon, you will provide direct services as needed and consistent with the requirements and duties of the position. Ensure that services are provided consistently with agency standards, regulations, and best practices. Ensure that clinical records are accurate, adequate, and current as per OASAS regulations. Provide direct clinical supervision to multi-disciplinary team counseling staff members regarding service delivery and caseload management. Monitor the completion and accuracy of clinical documentation by multi-disciplinary team counseling staff. Identify counseling staff’s professional and clinical skill development needs, and provide assistance as needed with accessing training and other resources. Perform day to day management of the program operation including management of staff monitoring the maintenance of the site and reporting to administration. Ensure compliance with Horizon’s policies and procedures, the regulations of certifying agencies, and the requirements of funding sources. Perform evaluation of the program’s clinical staff in accordance with Horizon Health Services Personnel Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in health and human services field required.
  • LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, or CASAC required.
  • Minimum 5 years of counseling experience required.
