About The Position
This role involves assisting with the day-to-day operations of programs, supervising staff, preparing reports, and coordinating documentation. The Program Director will also be responsible for writing Person Centered Plans and Quarterlies, completing specific system entries, marketing for new individuals, communicating with the community, making presentations, meeting with facility directors and staff, and evaluating individuals referred for services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years experience in Human Services
- Must serve as QMRP
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be Fully Vaccinated and Boosted
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the day to day operation of the programs.
- Supervise Day Support and Community Engagement Employees.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Coordinate and monitor the documentation process.
- Write Person Centered Plans and Quarterlies.
- Complete Part V's in WAMS System.
- Market for New Individuals.
- Communicate regularly with the community and make presentations at the CSBs and various facilities.
- Meet regularly with facility directors and staff.
- Evaluate individuals referred and receiving services.
