Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
3+ years of direct experience working with the mentally ill, preferably severely mentally disordered patients.
2+ years of experience in program supervision and staff management.
Experience with treatment planning, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Experience in a healthcare settings or behavioral health programs.

Nice To Haves

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Experience with Title 22 Regulations
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or other electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

Overseeing and directing the execution of the Behavioral Health Program.
Leading the planning, development, and evaluation of therapeutic programs that meet the needs of each resident in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that key performance indicators are met.
Providing ongoing monitoring of service quality.
Coordinating with other departments for effective program delivery.
Facilitating Behavioral Team meetings.
Supervising staff.
Ensuring the accurate documentation of residents’ progress in the program.
