Advocate Support Services, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Program Director to lead their Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP-A). Requirements

Substantial leadership experience in behavioral health, psychiatric rehabilitation, community mental health, or related human services programs
Understanding of how to balance mission, compliance, quality, and operational performance
Experience successfully supervising multidisciplinary teams
Highly organized and thrive in accountability-driven environments
Experience with Medicaid-funded services and regulatory oversight
Use data and KPIs to improve performance
Comfortable addressing difficult operational challenges directly
Enjoy mentoring and developing staff
Belief that recovery for individuals with serious mental illness is both possible and expected

Responsibilities

Leading day-to-day PRP operations
Supervising Rehabilitation Specialists and key program personnel
Developing and supporting high-performing teams
Ensuring compliance with COMAR, Medicaid, HIPAA, and CARF standards
Strengthening documentation quality and service consistency
Monitoring KPIs, census, admissions, discharges, authorizations, productivity, and client engagement
Driving quality improvement initiatives
Supporting staff training, coaching, and accountability
Building systems that create excellent client and referral-partner experiences
Collaborating closely with Executive Leadership on strategic growth initiatives
Maintaining a recovery-oriented and person-centered service culture
