About The Position

Alachua Academy is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving moderate risk females youth aged 12 to 18 who require behavioral/mental health and substance abuse services. The programs utilize evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while at the program. After 41 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults. As a Program Director, you will have the unique opportunity to create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for the youth we serve while building a career rich in growth opportunities and self-fulfillment.

Requirements

• Possess a BA/BS in a related field.
• Four years of related experience in residential facility management.
• Possess a Driver’s License.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, manage, and modify the Rite of Passage program.
• Oversees site budgets and expenses.
• Provides management and oversees the Human Resources Department.
• Establishes, manages, and promotes positive relationships within the program.
• Ensures compliance with all licensing and regulatory agencies.
