Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in Program Project Management
  • Proven experience leading large enterprise scale data programs multi workstream multi vendor
  • Strong background managing data platform analytics or data modernization initiatives
  • Financial Services Domain Mandatory
  • Financial Services experience Banking Capital Markets Insurance
  • Experience with regulatory risk fraud AML claims or compliance driven data programs
  • Strong understanding of governance and controls in regulated environments
  • Solid understanding of data architecture concepts data pipelines analytics platforms and cloud data ecosystems
  • Exposure to technologies such as cloud data platforms AWSAzureGCP data lakes warehouses ETLELT BI analytics
  • Ability to engage with architects and engineering leads on data centric delivery challenge

Responsibilities

  • Lead large complex data and analytics programs including data modernization cloud migration regulatory reporting and enterprise analytics platforms
  • Own program governance across scope schedule budget risks dependencies and quality for multi workstream data programs
  • Manage integrated delivery across data engineering data architecture analytics cloud and reporting workstreams
  • Coordinate onshore and offshore teams including data architects data engineers analytics teams QA and platform teams
  • Oversee program financials forecasts and vendor management using PPM tools Clarity Planview or equivalent
  • Drive delivery using Agile hybrid models suited for large data programs
  • Partner with client leadership to align data strategy roadmap and execution plans with business and regulatory objectives
  • Ensure adherence to Financial Services governance risk compliance and data privacy requirements
  • Proactively manage risks related to data quality lineage performance and regulatory timelines
  • Provide executive level status reporting issue escalation and mitigation plans
  • Support pre sales solution shaping and proposal development for data and analytics engagements
  • Lead post implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement and best practices within the Insights Data practice
