About The Position

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others while leading dynamic teams who bring an energetic and positive attitude while working with our youth! Rediscovery is a therapeutic-based group home with a focus on independent living skill building for males between ages 16-21. Youth at Rediscovery are able to safely access the community independently and are able to utilize learned coping mechanisms with the support of our comprehensive team including clinical and direct care staff.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• At least five years’ experience in a residential treatment program for population served, with at least three years at the management level.
• Maintains valid driver’s license.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to the staff including oversight of the residential, clinical and nursing services to ensure that across all domains, youth are receiving state of the art, trauma informed care.
• Provide leadership toward the mission and vision of the program and provide direct supervision to the Administrative Team including Clinical, Residential and Nursing Directors and be responsible for the provision of all services to youth and families, including but not limited to residential, educational and clinical services.
• Provide responsibilities for the operations of all youth services and supports set forth by licensing and regulatory partners.
• Transporting students is required.
