The Program Director for Graduate Programs provides strategic leadership, coordination, oversight, and administration of all master's degree programs within the Division of Health, the Division of Public Health, and the Division of Kinesiology and Physical Education. Reporting directly to the Dean, the Program Director is responsible for ensuring the effective operation, growth, quality, compliance, assessment, recruitment, retention, and continuous improvement of graduate education across the School. The Program Director serves as the primary administrative leader for graduate programs and works collaboratively with division directors, faculty, academic advisors, university departments, and external stakeholders to advance student success, accreditation readiness, enrollment growth, program effectiveness, and strategic institutional priorities. The salary is determined in accordance with the University’s compensation structure and will be commensurate with the candidates’ education and experience, within the assigned salary range for this position.
