The Program Director is responsible for the delivery of services, development and maintenance of all operations of the Victory House program. The Program Director supports the staff in providing a trauma-informed environment that is rooted in providing harm reduction, person-centered services to clients with a history of substance use disorder and mental health. The Program Director reports to the Deputy Director of Recovery Services, or their designee for support and supervision. Victory House, in Boston’s South End, provides residential treatment programs for men dealing with substance use disorders. Our four-to-eight month program can accommodate up to 24 residents and has a long history of providing treatment to individuals. A welcoming environment for men of all cultures, Victory House is also a long-time leader in providing substance use disorder treatment to people living with HIV/AIDS.
