About The Position
The Little Gym is seeking a Program Director to teach amazing classes based on their proven curriculum and teaching method. The role involves providing outstanding customer service and membership experience, overseeing the full breadth of offered programs to ensure high standards are met, and managing the training and evaluation of team members. This position is ideal for someone with energy, a love for children, and a desire to give back to the community, offering a strong sense of fulfillment, the opportunity to stay fit, and a fun, high-energy work environment.
Requirements
- Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful
- Ability to be a goofball and give high 5's
- Willingness to help others be their best
- Ability to connect well with children and their parents
- Positive attitude
- Ability to have fun but also buckle down and do work
