As Program Director for Easterseals Maine, you will lead the implementation and operation of Veterans Forward - Maine IVTP, a statewide employment-focused re-entry program serving eligible incarcerated and formerly incarcerated veterans. The position is responsible for program operations, staff supervision, performance management, grant compliance, partner coordination, data quality, and continuous quality improvement across the pre-release-to-post-release service continuum. You will supervise two (2) Veteran Outreach & Employment Specialists and is supported by one (1) Data and Quality Analyst. Additionally, you will carry a caseload as operationally necessary. Therefore, you will need to be competent to fulfill all duties of an Employment Specialist. You will ensure that services are delivered consistently with the approved US DOL-VETS Statement of Work, VGRS reporting requirements, Easterseals Maine policies, and correctional facility access and safety requirements. The Program Director is supervised by the Director of Military and Veteran Services.
