Skanska Integrated Solutions (SIS) Skanska provides construction project management consulting services through our in-house group known as Skanska Integrated Solutions (SIS). With a 30-year track record of success, SIS functions as an “extension of staff” and is a trusted advisor to its clients. Skanska’s construction and project delivery expertise translates directly into maximum savings and quality. The Program Director will manage a capital construction program(s) to lead project and construction management teams in the development and delivery of multiple projects concurrently. The Program Director reports to Skanska’s Regional Director on public and/or private assignments to manage a portfolio of projects. Acting in the role of Owner’s Agent, the Program Director is responsible for project management and construction management teams in all project phases, including studies, programming and planning, preconstruction services, design, procurements, construction, and closeout. The Program Director is the team leader, responsible for project initiation and operations through the completion of construction. The Program Director is responsible for staff mentoring, project management processes and methods, stakeholder communications, coordination, and conflict resolution, to ensure project goals are met. The position requires business management acumen, strong leadership skills, presentation skills, organizational and team building skills, as well as a working knowledge of project controls, quality assurance, risk management, budget management, time management, and client servicing skills. The Program Director must be a strategic communicator, adaptable, a collaborative team player, with problem-solving and risk management skills, plus a solid understanding of the tasks and skills provided by the team members whom they supervise.
