About The Position

Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically age 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging. The Program Director RN leads a small multidisciplinary team that includes a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator, providing services to the senior population. The role includes community education and outreach, referral development, patient census growth and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with professional and ethical guidelines. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with no weekends or on-call duties. Online resources are available 24/7, including a group curriculum toolkit, and RN Directors and former Senior Life Solutions employees provide peer training and support. Other duties may be assigned. Employment requires successful completion of a full background check and may include drug testing. Reasonable accommodations will be considered upon request.

Requirements

• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing is required.
• Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for patients.
• Successful completion of a full background check is required; drug testing may be included.

Nice To Haves

• Registered Nurse or LVN license in the state of practice is preferred.
• Psychiatric nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small multidisciplinary team consisting of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator.
• Engage with the local community through education, including presentations and one-on-one meetings.
• Develop referrals through hospital staff, providers, and community resources.
• Grow and maintain the patient census.
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
