About The Position

The Program Director RN leads a new Senior Life Solutions intensive outpatient therapy program in Alturas, California. The program is designed for older adults, typically age 65 and up, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes associated with aging. The program is scheduled to open in February 2027, with staff starting in January. The role is onsite and serves patients ages 65 and up. The Program Director leads a small multidisciplinary team that includes a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator. The position also involves community education and referral development, growing and maintaining patient census, and ensuring compliance with professional and ethical guidelines. The company provides clinical resources and peer-to-peer training and support.

Requirements

Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing.
Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for patients.
Successful completion of a full background check; drug testing may be included at times.

Nice To Haves

Psychiatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
