About The Position

LSSI is growing and seeking a Program Director for Residential Rehab. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a social service field required.
  • CADC or ability to obtain a CADC within 18 months of date of hire required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, verbally and written.
  • Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
  • Background check clearance required.
  • Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency required.
  • Access to reliable transportation required.
  • Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a social service field preferred.
  • LPC/LCPC or LSW/LCSW/LPHA preferred.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in substance use filed with increasing levels of responsibility preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in EHR documentation and review preferred.
  • Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee curriculum delivery to clients and the scheduling of clinical services.
  • Ensure reporting, productivity, and service deliverable requirements identified by LSSI, SUPR, SOR Grant, and funding bodies are met.
  • Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff.
  • Review both written and EHR documentation to ensure compliance with SUPR and Part 2060.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics.
  • Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
