We are seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee our inpatient rehab program, driving clinical excellence, operational success, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management (Master's preferred)
• Current clinical licensure as required by state regulations
• 3+ years of rehabilitation leadership or administrative experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills

Responsibilities

• Lead all clinical, financial, and administrative aspects of the rehab department
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient care
• Guide strategic planning, budgeting, and program growth
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Mentor, develop, and support a high-performing rehabilitation team
• Drive quality improvement initiatives through data and performance analysis
