The Program Director, Program Integrity is responsible for developing and leading the enterprise-wide internal and external strategy, governance, and outcomes of the organization’s Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) prevention and detection program. This leadership role drives execution across multiple stakeholder teams and ensures a proactive, analytics-enabled approach to program integrity across all lines of business, in line with affordability of care objectives and regulatory requirements. This role is also responsible for external engagement with government organizations and stakeholders and driving Program Integrity Subcommittee activities. The ideal candidate brings at least 7+ years of deep experience in program integrity, fraud, waste and abuse (FWA), Special Investigations Unit (SIU), payment integrity, compliance, and/or related regulatory environments, along with a strong understanding of government-sponsored healthcare programs, particularly Medicaid. This individual has a proven track record of influencing senior leaders, building cross-functional alignment, and partnering effectively with external stakeholders such as regulators, government agencies, and industry organizations. A strategic and highly credible leader who can establish program rigor, navigate complex business and regulatory challenges, and translate analytics and insights into meaningful action and organizational outcomes.
