About The Position
The Program Director manages and oversees daily programmatic operations in the department. Assesses and works to ensure institutional and program compliance and adherence to regulations. In collaboration with department leadership, develops and implements program guidelines, employee/client educational programs (if applicable), quality improvement plans, and may also assist with budget preparation.
