About The Position

We’re hiring a Pediatric Residency Program Director & Director of Pediatrics who wants to shape the future of a growing residency program while maintaining an active connection to patient care. You’ll step into an outpatient leadership role combining graduate medical education, pediatric department leadership, resident teaching, and direct clinical care. You’ll lead a fully ACGME-accredited pediatric residency in its first year while helping establish its long-term culture, educational standards, and direction.

Requirements

• Board Certified Pediatrician
• Meaningful GME, residency, fellowship, or academic leadership experience
• Teaching and scholarly activity or publication experience
• Comfortable balancing physician leadership with outpatient pediatric care
• Value mentorship, education, quality improvement, and mission-driven care

Responsibilities

• Lead a fully ACGME-accredited pediatric residency program.
• Establish long-term culture, educational standards, and direction for the residency program.
• Lead a pediatric department of approximately 16-17 providers.
• Precept residents and participate in didactic education.
• Combine physician leadership, education, and patient care.
• Maintain an active connection to patient care.
