About The Position

Walla Walla Treatment Center is hiring a Program Director to guide daily program operations, support impactful client services, and provide compassionate care to our clients. This role will lead the daily operations of our opiate treatment program, directly supervise staff and drive exceptional performance across key areas such as operations, compliance, and customer service. The Program Director will be responsible for scheduling and ensuring the professional development of staff while overseeing the delivery of top-notch treatment services. This includes evaluating client progress, implementing company policies, and adhering to regulatory requirements mentorship. The role also involves conducting vital leadership meetings and serving as the Corporate Compliance Officer, resolving urgent issues with agility. The Program Director will monitor program performance and maintain a seamless referral network, all while championing quality improvement initiatives and supporting outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Licensed LPN/RN WA or as an SUDP by the WA Dept. of Health
  • Must have at least three thousand hours of experience in a state approved substance use disorder treatment agency.
  • Twenty-eight clock hours of recognized supervised training may be substituted for one thousand hours of experience.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Meet Washington requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
  • Follow guidelines regarding prohibited substances even those legal at the state level.
